The company was started by Founder, Susana Slavnik who has worked in both consulting and management roles, strengthening small, medium and large companies, in public and private sectors.
Although her projects were successful by any measure, she felt something was missing. She got certified across disciplines to fortify her toolbox, and to see issues from new angles.
During this process Susana discovered three things that flipped her perspective on how to really get things done:
